Regional VP of Business Development

In this pivotal role, you will be taking charge of the screening service to detect cognitive impairment or dementia among seniors 50\+ in your designated area.

**Responsibilities**
* Develop high\-quality target institutional clients in the target industry and designated region.
* Develop and execute comprehensive local\-oriented outreach and business development strategies within your assigned region to meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Build and nurture long\-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and delivering standardized solutions.
* Manage existing clients proactively by providing ongoing support, upselling services, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with headquarter marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility in your region.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in B2B business operations, preferably within **senior care, high\-end wellness, golf clubs, cosmetic surgery, regenerative therapy, hospice, cognitive care, dementia care, MCI prevention, and residential building management** sectors, demonstrating successful business development outcomes.
* Strong service delivery and institutional client support skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
* Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—that facilitate clear presentations and persuasive discussions.
* Experience in technical sales or marketing is a plus, along with knowledge of the technology industry landscape.
