$250,000 potential in year one! Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing
**Job Summary**
We are seeking six dynamic, strategic, and highly accomplished Executive Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing to lead our company’s expansion in the Scottsdale metropolitan area. This senior leadership role requires a visionary professional with extensive experience in outside sales, business development, marketing strategy, and team leadership within the home and office decorating and consulting industries.
The EVP‘s will oversee all sales and marketing operations, drive innovative growth strategies, and cultivate strong client relationships across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional executive presence, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to leverage modern technology platforms to accelerate revenue and expand market share.
After a successful 90\-day trial period, each selected executive will have the opportunity to oversee their own division to lead as Executive Vice President.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee all sales and marketing operations across assigned division
* Develop and execute comprehensive growth, branding, and revenue\-generation strategies
* Manage, mentor, and inspire high\-performing sales and marketing teams
* Utilize CRM and technology tools (e.g., Salesforce) to optimize performance and reporting
* Collaborate with executive leadership to align goals with corporate vision
* Identify market trends and expansion opportunities within the home and office décor sectors
* Maintain a strong external presence to represent the company professionally across industries
Qualifications
* Proven executive\-level experience in sales, marketing, business development, or related fields
* Background in home décor, office décor, or consulting required
* Demonstrated success building and managing high\-performing teams
* Strong B2B sales expertise with measurable results in market expansion
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
* High level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and adaptability
