What You’ll Do:
* Respond quickly and professionally to inbound HTL **leads**
* Build relationships and identify the **best loan solutions** for each borrower
* Provide accurate **rate quotes** and follow\-ups via phone/email
* Thrive in a fast\-paced, **call center environment** while managing multiple borrowers
What We’re Looking For:
* **Active NMLS License (Required)**
* Proven success closing mortgage loans
* Experience with loan origination systems \& CRM tools
* Excellent communication skills over the phone \& email
* Driven, consultative, and organized with a customer\-first approach
